You're not alone!

👋🏻 You have a 12 month old or older (no upper age limit!)
👋🏻 You want to wean the boob or bottle but feel stuck because feeding is the only way your toddler will fall asleep or settle right now
👋🏻 You're worried there's no real way to make any changes respectfully or responsively.
👋🏻 You feel guilty even thinking about night weaning (or just cutting back a feed or two!), even though you're touched out
👋🏻 You've tried to cut back, but when you do your baby reacts like they've never been fed in their life
👋🏻 You're bedsharing, cosleeping, or your toddler sleeps in their own space
👋🏻 You keep waiting for the right time, with no idea when or even if that'll ever come
👋🏻 And you're ready for a group setting knowing that the more you lean in & show up, the more you'll get out of it

👉🏻 Have shifted one or more feeds with confidence (based on your goals!), because you understand the how and why
👉🏻 Have had help with sleep itself, because we can't separate sleep and feeding!
👉🏻 Have identified any barriers that might have popped up before you started night weaning, with troubleshooting or the relevant referrals to get you on track
👉🏻 Have a confident, solid plan in place to take you forward when inevitable things pop up (Sickness! Travel!).
👉🏻 Feel GREAT knowing you’re meeting your kid's needs while shifting feeds, at a pace that suits both of you
👉🏻 Have lifetime access to the course content so you can watch it back whenever you need (are those day feeds calling too?)

Night feeds are super normal and expected within the first 12 months (and beyond!), with night weaning tending to get easier the older kids are which is why this course is open for kids 12 months plus (no upper age limit!).
Sometimes yes, sometimes no! If reducing the amount of overnight wakes is your only reason for wanting to night wean, It's important to know that removing feeds isn't a guaranteed way to improve sleep. There are lots of reasons babies wake!
This is totally your ball game! Everyone is going to come into this group coaching with different goals, and that is the beauty of the content. You can shift as many feeds as you want, when you want. Only want to not feed to sleep but happy to feed every other wake at night (or vice versa)? Great! Want to fully night wean? Let's do it.
Change can be hard for kids! If you're travelling mid-coaching or have any big life changes, shifting feeds can be tricky (and noisy). It can really depend on what your goals are, and the temperament of your child - but we can always work on things like sleep hygiene, prep and routine regardless of where you are. This is ultimately your decision whether you think it might be too disruptive based on what you know about your kiddo, and where you're travelling to.
This group coaching is for you if:
- You would like essentially 4 months of support for the same price of a single, one hour consult
- You want the tools to balance your child's needs with your own, in a way that respects developmental readiness and individual timelines
- You want to build out your village and make some new mum & parent friends
- You want to lean into the shared knowledge and experiences of a bunch of other incredible parents
- You would love the emotional support of navigating dropping feeds with a group of parents all going through the same process at the same time
- You are respectful and understand that making changes to feeds is a big thing for kids, and the way they get there is going to vary because we're working with tiny humans!
-You feel comfortable in a group setting, and know that this coaching is something you get more out of when you fully lean in and participate
If you're wanting to night wean:
- Purely to improve sleep
- Because of outside pressures
- To get a guaranteed result in a short amount of time
And you're not in a space to:
- Navigate some tricky and more disrupted nights
- Support and validate the rainbow of emotions that can come with making changes
- Understand that change can take time
Then this group coaching is likely not going to be the best fit for you.
They sure will! Once the live is over, it will be uploaded into the community chat so you can hop in and catch up later.
Whilst my approach is gentle & responsive, there may be some big feelings because we're changing patterns. We don't need to be afraid of tears, but rather learn to be comfortable sitting with and supporting our kids through their big feelings. The MOST important things are that you are present, responsive, and emotionally available.
Everything we do though is rooted in connection, is adapted to suit your baby's temperament, and you are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.
There are no guarantees when working with individual little people who have their own temperament and sensory profile. Throughout the coaching period you may identify red flags that would benefit from investigation, choose to move at a slower pace, become sick, or your child may need you to pivot in your approach. The good news is we have three more months of support after our initial 5 week intensive!
The community is there for all members to connect and trouble shoot together. I'll pop in once a day (M-F) to answer questions that I'm tagged in, or offer input wherever possible!
While they vary from cohort to cohort, they usually fall between 9am and 12pm AEST/AEDT (Hobart, Australia) on a Wed or Thurs. The lives are scheduled for the same time every week, but once the group coaching is underway we do try to offer at least one live call at another time pending which members we have and which time zones they're in. Even if you can't make the live calls, you can drop your Q's in the chat before hand and we will answer them on the call, then upload the live recording for you to watch back.
