Feeling burnt out by your

baby's sleep?

It doesn't have to feel this hard!

This group program

is exactly for you if:

👋🏻 You have a 4 month - 3 year old

👋🏻 Your baby wakes frequently or seems to be allergic to sleep

👋🏻 You just can't ditch the early wakes, false starts or split nights

👋🏻 Your partner can't do bedtime or settle overnight, or you want to start moving away from bedsharing

👋🏻 You're feeding to sleep or a million times overnight and need a change (but don't want to fully night wean - that's a whole other course!)

👋🏻 You understand that babies are inherently dependent & night wakes are normal, but you want to balance that with supporting your kiddo to sleep at their biological best

👋🏻 Or you're just feeling burnt the f!ck out by the mental gymnastics of navigating baby sleep with google in one ear and baby sleep IG in the other...

👋🏻 And you're ready for a group setting knowing that the more you lean in & show up, the more you'll get out of it

Together we're going to

get you better sleep

Because you deserve it

After BBSGC, you will:

👉🏻 Feel so confident about your baby's sleep, because you understand the 'why' not just the quick 'fix'

👉🏻 Get better rest

👉🏻 Know how to troubleshoot and relax into inevitable ups and downs with sleep, because they're little evolving humans and not robots!

👉🏻 Feel GREAT knowing you’re meeting your kid's needs while getting them to their best sleep baseline - i.e their best sleep possible right now

👉🏻 Have lifetime access to the course content so you can watch it back whenever you need!

'I would highly recommend Better Baby Sleep to anyone who

needs anything to do with baby sleep, ever'

Make No Mistake

You can make real, lasting changes to your child’s sleep without sleep training, and I know this because I've helped hundreds of families do the same.

You’re here because you know there’s a better way to move towards better sleep than just letting your baby cry it out or following generic programs (that don’t always work!).

You want to make changes but you also want to do it in a way that feels right for you and your child - I get it!

BBSGC gives you the education, support, reassurance and confidence to make aligned changes and deeply understand your baby's sleep while focusing on your relationship.

FAQ's

What age is this group coaching for?

This group coaching program is aimed at babies between 4 months and 3 years of age.

Will this program fix my baby's sleep?

Because we're dealing with human babies who have their own inner world, developmental readiness and respond very differently to various strategies, how they can be applied and the changes you might see are going to vary greatly depending on the temperament and age of your baby! What I can promise is that I'll give you the support you need to work towards your individual baby's baseline, aka their biological best!

Can I join if I only have one goal, or do we all need to make the the same/multiple changes?

This is totally your ball game! Everyone is going to come into this group coaching with different goals, and that is the beauty of the content. You can apply what makes sense for you, and leave the rest.

If you have one singular goal, great. If you have multiple, let's do this thing!

Does this cover night weaning?

While we do cover some basic changes to feeding overnight like exploring other ways to settle, this course is not designed to cover night weaning in as much detail and with as much nuance as many babies need! If you're interested only in night weaning, check out Night Weaning Group Coup Coaching!

We'll be away during the coaching period, can I still join?

Change can be hard for kids! If you're moving out of routine mid-coaching or have any big life changes, this can be challenging especially if your goals include moving from bedsharing. It can really depend on what your goals are, and the temperament of your child - but we can always work on things like sleep hygiene and routine regardless of where you are. This is ultimately your decision whether you think it might be too disruptive based on what you know about your kiddo.

How do I know group coaching is for me?

This group coaching is for you if:

- You would like essentially 4 months of support for less than the price of a single, one hour consult

- You want the tools to balance your child's needs with your own, in a way that respects developmental readiness and individual timelines

- You want to build out your village and make some new mum & parent friends

- You want to lean into the shared knowledge and experiences of a bunch of other incredible parents

- You would love the emotional support of navigating broken sleep with a group of parents all going through the same process at the same time

- You are respectful and understand that baby sleep is fluid, very individual, and there can not be any guaranteed outcomes because we're working with tiny humans!

-You feel comfortable in a group setting, and know that this coaching is something you get more out of when you fully lean in and participate

How do I know if this isn't for me?

If you're looking for:

- A guaranteed amount of reduced wakes overnight

- Self soothing/self settling strategies when this isn't something your baby has historically been comfortable with

- A very big change in a short amount of time

And you're not in a space to:

- Navigate some tricky and more disrupted nights

- Support and validate the rainbow of emotions that can come with making changes

- Understand that change can take time

Then this group coaching is likely not going to be the best fit for you.

I can't join the live Q&A's, will they be uploaded?

They sure will! Once the live is over, it will be uploaded into the community chat so you can hop in and catch up later.

What methods do you use? Will there be crying?

Whilst my approach is gentle & responsive, there may be some big feelings because we're likely going to be changing a pattern somewhere. We don't need to be afraid of tears, but rather learn to be comfortable sitting with and supporting our kids through their big feelings. The MOST important things are that you are present, responsive, and emotionally available.

Everything we do though is rooted in connection, is adapted to suit your baby's temperament, and you are encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Am I going to walk away having met my goals?

There are no guarantees when working with individual little people who have their own temperament and sensory profile. Throughout the coaching period you may identify red flags that would benefit from investigation, choose to move at a slower pace, or your child may need you to pivot in your approach. What you will walk away with are the foundations, knowledge and confidence to keep moving forward well past the end of the coaching period, and have resources at hand for the lifetime of this group coaching if you come up against new challenges!

How much support will you offer in the community chat?

The community is there for all members to connect and trouble shoot together. I'll pop in once a day (M-F) to answer questions that I'm tagged in, or offer input wherever possible!

When are the live Q&A's?

While they vary from cohort to cohort, they usually fall between 9am and 12pm AEST/AEDT (Hobart, Australia) on a Tues, Wed or Thurs. The lives are scheduled for the same time every week, but once the group coaching is underway we do try to offer at least one live call at another time pending which members we have and which time zones they're in. Even if you can't make the live calls, you can drop your Q's in the chat before hand and we will answer them on the call, then upload the live recording for you to watch back.
